	Larger than 30" x 40"	$8,500.00

-A deposit of one-half of the content price selected is due at time of commission. All applicable sales taxes will be due at time of final payment.

-Above prices are for one subject per painting. Additional subjects included in the same painting will be priced at one-half the single-subject price.

-Portraits with complex backgrounds, highly detailed clothing, or the addition of a pet will incur an up-charge of $500.00. I will be happy to help you determine if your portrait will be affected by this increase.

-Travel expenses are additional.

-Shipping charges are additional.

-Frames are not included in portrait prices but are available through the gallery.
